Millwright (Maintenance & Trades)

Boise Cascade is seeking a qualified millwright to join our maintenance team.

Successful candidate will be responsible for following safe work practices, standard operating policies and procedures, the maintenance supervisor instructions, Maximo work order instructions, repair machinery as needed, installing and maintaining plywood plant machinery and equipment in an efficient manner.

Basic Qualifications:

• Must have an excellent work and safety record.
• Must be able to comprehend and enter detailed work order entries into our maintenance management system.
• Must have a good mechanical aptitude.
• Must be able to work at high heights, hot and dusty environments.
• Must be able to work various shifts including days, swings and/or graveyard, and required daily or weekly overtime as needed.
• Must pass a comprehensive physical examination and drug screening.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Journeyman level Millwright preferred
• Computer experience (Microsoft Word, Excel).
• Familiar with plywood and/or veneer plant machinery and equipment.
