A Growing High End Custom Architectural Millwork and Woodwork manufacturer is looking for a hands on leader of their expanding business and shop floor. The Shop / Operations Manager will report directly to the Owner of the company.

Job Requirements:

• Must be knowledgeable, able to program and operate 5 axis CNC machinery with WoodWOP.
• Previous experience in a Custom Finishing and Millwork Manufacturing
• Ability to manage 15 people in a custom shop atmosphere
• Able to complete daily material Take offs

Compensation

Starting base salary: $70,000-100,000 / year
