ENVIRONMENTAL SUMMER STUDENTS AND INTERNS

THE OPPORTUNITY

As part of our student recruitment program, we are seeking Environmental Summer Students (4 month term) and Environmental Interns (4-16 month terms) based out of our Calgary and Edmonton offices.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITY

  • Assist with field work relating to vegetation management, reclamation, ESAs, groundwater monitoring, and soil and groundwater remediation projects.
  • Assist with work plans and cost estimates, and summarize soil and groundwater data for review.
  • Participate in field-based projects (primarily in Alberta and Saskatchewan).

YOUR PROFILE

  • Enrolled in a college or university program related to the environmental field.
  • Eligible for membership as a Professional Agrologist (P.Ag.), Professional Engineer (P.Eng.), Professional Geologist or Hydrogeologist (P.Geol.), Professional Biologist (P.Biol.), Professional Forester (RPF), or other relevant professional association.
  • Experience driving a 4×4 truck and an agricultural background are considered assets; however, not required.
  • An enthusiastic attitude, ability to multi-task, and a passion for consistently delivering outstanding work.
  • An eagerness to work with a dynamic team and a growth oriented company.
