Dry End Supervisor Plywood – Deep South 

2 shifts available 

Salary up to $75,000 + Excellent benefits, Profit Sharing, Bonuses & Paid Relocations 

MUST have Experience in Wood Manufacturing  -- Plywood preferred 

Our client, a stable multi-site plywood manufacturer, is seeking a Dry End Supervisor for their Southern USA location.  You’ll report directly to the Superintendent.  You must have upper growth potential & be leadable, teachable, & coachable.  There are rewards for an excellent job: Quarterly production bonuses and career growth opportunities.   

We are looking for a leader for this role: Someone who is driven, detailed-orientated to assist in the supervision of Dry end operations and provide personal ownership for various improvement areas.  You will leverage your expertise to troubleshoot, improve machinery performance, mentor and coach others in a team environment.  

Your main responsibilities will be for the dry end operations of the plywood division including, testing, planning production schedules, resolving quality issues, as well as train and coach with a safety first mindset. 

Requirements for this Production Supervisor role:     

• MUST have Experience in Wood Manufacturing  -- Plywood preferred     
• Minimum of 3 years wood  production or process and supervisory experience     
• Experience with Industrial Dryers a plus.
